Biography
Terrance Bruce is a very well known innovative contemporary jazz performer. He became very popular in the 1980′s with the famous jazz fusion group Cabo Frio (MCA Records). One album he recorded with Cabo Frio “Right On the Money” rose to number eleven on the billboard jazz charts.
He has shared the stage with many of the finest names in jazz including Dizzy Gillespie, Carmen McRae, Kenny G, Spyro Gyro, Tom Schuman, Spider Martin, Freddy Hubbard, Herbie Hancock, Jimmy McGriff, and many more.
Terrance completed his Masters in Music Education from Alfred University and Suny Brockport. He was a band director for Rochester and Greece school district for many years. Studied at Eastman School of Music Graduate program. Terrance also has had the pleasure to be involved in many recordings. Most notably the Grammy award winning hit single by Glen Medeiros, “Nothing’s Gonna Change My Love for You.”
